Comprehensive psychosocial assessment is a core component of my practice.
I offer an assessment-only service for clients seeking diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations, particularly given my limited availability for ongoing therapy.
The first two to three appointments focus on assessment. Following this phase, I will provide feedback on my clinical understanding of your presenting concerns and outline recommendations.
Assessment appointments are 60 to 75 minutes in duration.
-
If we proceed to ongoing therapy, I use an integrative approach tailored to each client, informed by my research, training, and clinical experience. I work collaboratively and adapt therapy flexibly to support effective outcomes.
I draw on schema therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophy.

Appointments are Medicare-rebatable with a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. Gap payments apply. I do not bulk bill.
For the 2025–26 period, the Medicare rebate per session is:
$145.25 with a Clinical Psychologist
$98.95 with a Registered Psychologist
The gap payment is the out-of-pocket amount remaining after the Medicare rebate is reimbursed to you.
Medicare Safety Net
Once you reach the relevant annual out-of-pocket threshold, you may be eligible for higher Medicare rebates under a valid referral. This can substantially reduce your gap payment. For further details, please refer to my FAQ page.
Further information about rebates for psychology services is available via the APS website.
