  • Comprehensive psychosocial assessment is a core component of my practice.

I offer an assessment-only service for clients seeking diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations, particularly given my limited availability for ongoing therapy.

The first two to three appointments focus on assessment. Following this phase, I will provide feedback on my clinical understanding of your presenting concerns and outline recommendations.

Assessment appointments are 60 to 75 minutes in duration.

  • If we proceed to ongoing therapy, I use an integrative approach tailored to each client, informed by my research, training, and clinical experience. I work collaboratively and adapt therapy flexibly to support effective outcomes.

I draw on schema therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophy.

  • Appointments are Medicare-rebatable with a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. Gap payments apply. I do not bulk bill.

For the 2025–26 period, the Medicare rebate per session is:

    • $145.25 with a Clinical Psychologist

    • $98.95 with a Registered Psychologist

The gap payment is the out-of-pocket amount remaining after the Medicare rebate is reimbursed to you.

    Medicare Safety Net

Once you reach the relevant annual out-of-pocket threshold, you may be eligible for higher Medicare rebates under a valid referral. This can substantially reduce your gap payment.
