Dr. Pav employs an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual. She works collaboratively with clients, incorporating their input and adapting therapy flexibly to maximise effectiveness.
Her treatment approach is informed by research, training, and clinical experience, drawing on schema therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophy.

Medicare rebates are available for psychological treatment provided by registered psychologists.
For the 2024-25 period, the Medicare rebate with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan is:
$141.85 per session with a Clinical Psychologist
$96.65 per session with a Registered Psychologist

Standard consult (50 min): $265 ($123.15 out-of-pocket after Medicare rebate).
60 min diagnostic consults & 60 min consults with additional member attendance: $300 or $158.15 out-of-pocket after Medicare rebate.
ADHD Assessment: 6 hours of clinician time. $300/hour
After-hours surcharge: +$18 applies to all consults that finish after 5pm.
Concession rates do not apply to Assessments.
NB. Our fees are lower than the 2024-25 National Schedule of Suggested Fee of $311 for a standard 46 to 60-min consult with a Psychologist.
